I am an artist from Kaduna Nigeria who is currently based in Seattle. I love food, travel, books, and learning new skills. I also work as a software engineer by day.

I enjoy working with all types of mediums, but recently I've been using a lot of charcoal. My works come from the observation of everyday spaces. I’m inspired by the architecture and nature around us. Sometimes they are representations of the emotions I’m trying to process, in these works, I tend to emphasize or exaggerate the artistic process like repetitive lines or bold strokes. This is partly why I’m drawn to charcoal, I enjoy how dynamic and messy it is. I also love to create works that tell a story about where I am from, my life experiences, and the people that inspire me. I hope they inspire you too.
